South OC Wellness core offerings fall into four primary categories that together provide an integral continuum of behavioral care for the South OC community at large. The goal of all services is to promote and create optimal function, greater self-reliance and behavioral quality of life.

South OC Wellness has grown and adapted over the years to meet the mental health needs of a larger and increasingly more diverse population. As the premier provider of 'safety net' services throughout South Orange County we continually strive to enhance the quality and extent of our offerings to help individuals with mental illness achieve and maintain balanced and productive lives.

We have counselors providing therapy and counseling in a variety of therapeutic contexts for Individual, Family, Group and Adolescents.

Many therapies are provided including: Individual, marriage, pre marital, family, couples, group, teens, Christian, children, men, blended families, EMDR, PTSD, solution-focused brief, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, and Jungian Dream Analysis. We offer special Marital programs for couples. We bill the out of network portion of your insurance panels including Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and many others. We are providers for Great West, PHCS, Ceridian, Compsych, First Health and many others.
