What You Can Do as a Family Member, Partner or Friend
Individuals are often not able to recognize certain symptoms. For this reason, it
helps to have a family member or someone else who has been supportive of the
individual to provide relevant information. This helps South OC Wellness to better
understand the client's situation, and enables them to make a more informed
decision. If you are no longer willing to be involved, let us Proxy (stand in your
place) to assist individuals to get the care they deserve.

respect for the sensitivities of the individuals involved. Confidentiality and HIPAA
laws may apply.
