Paving the Way to Recovery+ immediate, professional evaluation and treatment are critical to the recovery of individuals experiencing a crisis or an emergency. We can help you by intervening and coordinating a connection with practitioners and facilities that can stabilize the immediate problem, provide support for family members, as well as a plan of care to put the individual on the road to recovery.

What You Can Do as a Family Member, Partner or Friend
Individuals with Mental, Emotional and or Medical Challenges are often not able to recognize certain symptoms of their illnesses, and seek treatment on their own. People with chronic health challenges may not always take their medication as prescribed or at all. For this reason, it helps to have a family member or someone else who has been supportive of the individual to provide relevant information in order to find the correct referrals.
Family input is highly valued and helps South OC Wellness to better understand the client's situation, and to make a more informed decision on behalf of our clients. If you are no longer willing or want to be involved, for whatever reason, let us Proxy (stand in your place) to assist in providing great care your loved one deserves.
